Yep, once Illustrator got Freeform Gradients I used that to see if I could recreate the logo and it worked; the vector files are in a Dropbox link on my website—which is linked on my profile page.

No problem! My intentions were to help anyone who needed a vector/high-res raster of that logo for various purposes.
That’s so awesome - I love vector art, but always got bogged down by the gradients. You’ve done an amazing job of using them to create a VERY 3D look and kept the feel of the original!
