The answer is none speed = distance over time. time & space are relative. There for speed, and the speed force is irrelevant.
A great plot device which, sad to say, has been over used as a duet ex machina.

The Top was one of the silver age flashes Rouges gallery. Before Crisis on Infinite Earths, he died. Who and/or what killed him. (To the best of my knowledge, he was the first DC character to be killed off in this manner.)
