Arrowverse Officially Ending

With the Arrowverse officially ending with the Flash’s last season, which will now mean the other DC shows in CW are separated from each other what are your favorite memories from the Arrowverse as a whole?

Mark Hamill saying “I am your father.”

Nice, that was legendary!

David Nykl’s entire performance on Arrow as Anatoly Knyazev, KGBeast. He really did not have to go that hard, but I love him for it. Best character in the show.

I really liked all the villains in the shows. My favorite has to go to the Flash. I never really got into the other shows as much as the Flash. My favorite season was the first. They did Reverse Flash great and the background story was great.

Didn’t you feel like they ruined him right after Season 1? They gave the character a clear motive, to go back to his time, but after that they completely changed it as if that motive never existed.

What I will remember more than anything is that for a good number of years, I got to spend an hour everyday with DC characters, at least during non-summer months. Whether that will happen again in the future remains to be seen, but it was special while it lasted.

The silver lining for me is it culminated in Superman & Lois, which (although set in a separate universe) is my favorite work of live action DC has put out in years. Hope it lasts long and doesn’t catch the current cancellation bug going through all things WBD.

I fell in love with Arrow immediately. I was never a fan of the character before Smallville, and I wanted a spinoff from that show. What we ended up with was better than I ever could have imagined. I mean, the CW went full force and gave us a connected universe that no one had ever come close to before. Disney is still having to play catch-up with DC TV and the Arrowverse is the biggest factor for DC TV. I have watched every episode of every series and while I don’t agree with everyone’s favorite, I think we can all agree these shows pushed Marvel to do better. The MCU may be bigger, but it will never be the starting influence of the Arrowverse. I can’t pick one moment, but it is hard to do better than Crisis on Infinite Earths…

Hell of a comment, one I can agree with. I loved Oliver on Smallville, and the Arrow version was hard to get used to with him having been a much darker version as opposed to the more comic accurate version in Smallville.

It’s hard for me to pick a favorite single moment from the Arrowverse. My favorite show as always Legends of Tomorrow though! I am still hurting from it being cancelled.

It wasn’t my favorite, but I still desperately need closure and answers, so I am right there with you…

Legends was the Arrowverse’s best show, wasn’t repetitiveness, characters actually felt like family, it was just a bright spot in how the other shows just got more and more boring, I mean, look at The Flash, it’s just the same thing over and over.

I agree. While the other Arrowverse shows declined in quality over time, Legends… stayed good. And they always kept everything fresh and new.

I think Stargirl Season 10 will be amazing.

Stargirl is definitely the best of The CW/DC shows, but I never have thought of it as an Arrowverse show for some reason! It’s sort of its own thing.

I loved the Crisis On Infinite Earths cross-over event and Matt Ryans Constantine.

Arrow, the first two seasons of The Flash, Season Two of Legends (The Legion of Doom), and Katrina Law.

Good, because it’s not an Arrowverse show.

Technically all DC shows and movies are Arrowverse, LOL.
