Mine would be Damien Darhk. He was more annoying than he was interesting.
Then there’s the battle of irritating voices- Adrian Chase vs Ricardo Diaz. I could never decide whose speech was harder to listen to, but I’d lean toward Chase for that one. If I was Oliver I’d say, “Could you kill me first and THEN speak to me?” …
