Season 4 was a low point, season 5 was a high point. Sensational storytelling that year.

Prometheus was probably the highest point of Arrow. Seeing Ollie team up with villains because his new team was too weak made me all joyful inside. I was like “Hey! They did that right!” Lol
Other than that, seasons 1 and 2 were great. Raz Al Ghul was another high point.

The best seasons of Arrow are the ones with the best villains. Top tier: Deathstroke and Prometheus. Second tier: Malcolm Merlyn and Ra’s al Ghul. Bottom tier: Damien Darhk, Ricardo Diaz, and Dante.
Im on season 1 again i do hope the spinoff gets a chance
