It looks like it could be a really fun movie. The news on the multiple test screenings that they’ve been holding do kind of worry me. It sucks seeing the position DC/WB are in now.
I think it may be just as good or maybe better than the first one. But after seeing that shot of Mera punching the glass, people may lose their minds and revolt or something lol. I get the problem with her, but her role is going to be like really small, so everybody’s probably going to forget she was in it
Just when I’m losing hope or interest in Super hero film (haven’t seen Blue Beetle yet), the trailer for Aquaman and the lost kingdom look amazingly awesome! 
I can’t wait to see the movie, the special effect look amazing and it look like Black Manta is a main villain which I like!
Knowing Aquaman’s history I hope he doesn’t lose His baby!

I enjoyed the first one, and the trailer for this one looks…about what I expect. I’m sorry, it’s just that 2023 for DC movies has exhausted me. Looking at this now, I can already feel like I’ll walk away thinking it was OK, nothing more or less. I’m hoping I’m wrong, but I’m going off the odds I have

It certainly looks cool, has a lot of spectacle. That said, I can’t help but notice that from what we’re seeing, it feels very similar to the first movie except for Orm instead of Mera. Also, while I like Mamoa as Aquaman overall, I never really thought the narration stuff worked in the first movie so I’m kind of surprised they’re doing it again here.
That said, this is probably going to be decent at the very least – the last movie made a billion bucks so they must have figured “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
Eh, test screenings are really fickle and weird. There’s a great video I’ve seen of this by David Sandberg that I would like to link, but I’m not sure if I can put it here because it has a couple of curses, but if you look for “David Sandberg test screenings” on YouTube, it should be the first result.
