All Time Favorite Dc comics

The Rucka WW & New Frontier are 2 of my faves too. They could slide in my list at anytime. Selina’s Big Score & the follow ups by Cooke on Catwoman are great too.

Also meant JLA Tower of Babel. Just realized I put Batman. I had Bats on my mind from a previous thread, oops.

Loose-Leaf Who’s Who
Flash 1987-2009 (jumped in around 1991-92)
Green Lantern (1990-2006)
Giffen/DeMatteis Justice League
Superman related titles from Man of Steel - Infinite Crisis

DC Comics Presents Superman #81 is my favorite individual comic of all time… still to this day the most hilarious thing I ever read.

AS for series

Justlice League International (and that whole run through it’s many title changes. Specifically the Giffen/Demates run, but the Dan Jergens run was good also… went downhill after that sadly)

All-Star Squadron which is responsible for both my fascination with DC’s Golden Age heroes, World War II, and the forties in general.

DC COmics Presents (as a whole. Obviously some issues better then others due to having a different creative team for every issue, but it is such a great representation of DC Comics during most of the bronze age to the early pre-crisis modern age.

JLA the whole series in general but the Morrison run specifically.

Anything Ambush Bug most especially his 80’s mini-series and specials.

And most recently New Teen Titans and Harley Quin both of which I finally read and fell in love with thanks to DCU.

Looks like @holddragon71 and I share similar tastes. Just about everything on his list I could add to mine.

I had forgotten about Parobeck. I loved his art. So clean

That’s a tough question, because there are so many different kinds of comics and metrics by which I could rate them. I’ll break it down by level of specificity

Favorite long-running series: Detective Comics.
Favorite run of a long-runner: Mark Waid’s Flash.
Favorite shorter/more recent series: Probably either Nightwing or Birds of Prey.
Favorite story arc: Not sure. Maybe Knightfall, Hush, or the Return of Barry Allen (the fakeout one from Waid’s run).
Favorite single issue: Detective Comics #826.

I was a constant fan of the old WEIRD WAR TALES and SECRETS OF HAUNTED HOUSE as a tyke. In more modern times, I’ve gravitated toward whatever Grant Morrison puts his mind to. BATMAN INCORPORATED was a recent blast for me.

My favorite limited series is Superman: American Alien.

Favorite current series is Heroes in Crisis.
