I think rather than leaving, watching the show and encouraging others to sign up for the service and watch as well should the trick, because this is a business and showing that there is money to be made is a much better tactic. Because when you leave, you’re not really supporting the service, which is still relatively new. Standing together and watching the show would be more persuasive in showing the appeal.
You could also voice your complaints but try not to be too rude.
And I’m not saying your anger is warranted but it would seriously blind your decision making.
