A week behind for dc

Well my comic shop didn’t get their shipment from LUNAR last week until Saturday. Shop owner repeatedly called for info, never got a human to answer. Just got the email from the shop that this week looks to be the same. No info from LUNAR, no answers, no shipping info.

I dunno who was the genius at DC to dump Diamond, but could they at least have picked a company that knows how to run itself and handle issues instead of just ignoring the customers? Sheeeesh…

Could be LUNARs inexperience, the virus, or both which caused the delay. Still they should give their customers an explanation. Bad service without an explanation is awful.

Lunar is in over it’s head it seems Sure that in time that will get better, but NOT the best time for a learning curve for sure.

Diamond needed to be dumped. DC has every right to take their business elsewhere.
Diamond takes no care in packing their items. Our LCS is tired of getting damaged books from diamond.
Most things are delayed right now. Shipping is a nightmare.
